My goal is to make each meal a fantastic experience!
When you hire my services as your Personal Chef, I will come to your home to conduct an interview. Together, we will complete a detailed questionnaire about your food preferences and dietary needs. A menu will be presented for your approval, prior to your scheduled cooking day.
On your cooking day, I will shop for the groceries needed for the meals on your menu. I will select and buy the freshest vegetables available, the most tender cuts of meat and if fish is available that was flown in that morning, I will select that fish.
I will cook the food in your home, than package and refrigerate or freeze each item, labeled with detailed thawing and reheating instructions.
I will leave your kitchen clean and home smelling wonderful.

About the Chef
I was originally trained as a mechanical engineer. I traveled the world with my family for the past 18 years, which gave me a great opportunity to experience different cultures, taste a large variety of foods and exotic dishes and to add new recipes to my culinary repertoire.
Originally from Eastern Europe, my journey took my family and I through Germany (2 years), South Africa(10 years), and finally to the United States . Throughout the years, I have always had a great love for cooking. I've been cooking for family , friends and my children (the toughest judges). Then, I decided it was time for me to do something I really enjoy. I knew that I could cook great food.
It was then that I heard of Personal Chef Industry. I contacted the United States Personal Chef Association, took their training course and joined their association. Now I'm cooking wonderful dinners for my customers and I am committed to provide outstanding service to my clients.

Is a unique service which provides affordable meals that are customized and prepared for you, in your home. The planning , shopping, cooking and cleaning it's all done by your Personal Chef.

How are prices determined?
The number of people I'm cooking for, the number of entrees I'll prepare , as well as the use of organic foods only, or special diet requests, will be important factors in pricing your service.
To the cost of the groceries, an hourly fee of $50.00 will be charged for shopping and cooking.
