The goal is to provide you with more free time to spend with your family and friends, while you enjoy healthy, nutritious and preservative free meals, in the comfort of your home. Think about how much time you devote each week to menu planning, shopping, cooking, and cleanup, just to put dinner on the table; and all of that after a long hard day. Or, if you are not cooking, then you are waiting in line either at a fast food drive up or in a restaurant for a table or your food. About the Chef
Chef Maria, the founder/owner of Culinary Odyssey LLC is a third generation restaurant family business member. She has worked, cooked and managed her family's, as well as her own restaurants since a young teenager. Chef Maria has lived, studied, traveled and worked overseas, and has a great appreciation for fresh, healthy, tasty food using the best quality ingredients. Her love for eclectic foods, family gatherings at dinner time and the opportunity to develop lasting friendships through culinary journeys made her decide to leave her high level corporate position a few years ago and create Culinary Odyssey LLC.
Chef Maria is a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy, certified in ServSafe (food certification through National Restaurant Association), a Premier Member of the United States Personal Chefs Association, the Slow Food Movement and President-Elect for the St. Louis Culinairy Society. Chef Maria, volunteers her time to local and national organizations and truly understands what it means to be a busy person.

What is a Personal Chef Service?
Provides clients with an opportunity to have fresh, healthy and tasty meals in the comfort of their home.
Based on information provided by the client, during the free consultation meeting, Chef Maria creates menus. On mutually agreed upon cook day, she arrives at the client's home bringing along all ingredients and equipment needed to create and package the meals cooked.
What if I am trying to lose weight or am on a special diet?
Chef Maria applies the principles of Mediterranean Lifestyle to create the menu dishes. Additionally, she does prepare dishes from cuisines of around the world, and dishes that satisfy most diets. Chef Maria is willing to do the research needed to accomodate any special needs a client may have.
What areas do you service?
Culinary Odyssey offers menus from comfort food to elegant dinner parties for special occasions. Additionally, interactive cooking classes, individual instruction, in-home catering, homemade authentic Greek dishes and delicious desserts. Culinary Odyssey services the Greater St. Louis Area.
How are prices determined?
