About the Chef
Gina has been cooking for over 20 years. She started in the food industry back when she was in college - days were spent in a sandwich shop, evenings in a family-style restaurant. She worked her way up to management until she graduated from college, and moved on, away from the professional kitchen.
After getting married, raising two children (who are now teens), and working in the corporate world as a buyer and accountant, she has returned to the kitchen - her first love - where she prepares great, home-cooked meals for her family, friends and clients.
Gina is an upstanding, active member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) and as such is not only experienced in preparing great meals, she is fully insured.

What is a Personal Chef Service?
Your personal chef package begins with a complimentary, in-home consultation where we discuss the unique culinary needs of your household: favorite cuisines, food allergies, and dietary restrictions and concerns. A regular cook date (cheffing day) is then determined – weekly or bi-weekly – then the fun begins! I shop early for the fresh ingredients for your pre-selected menu; emphasis is put on organic and seasonal produce where appropriate. I arrive at your home and prepare flavorful, healthy meals, which are then packaged for refrigerator or freezer storage - ready for you to just heat and savor.
What if I am trying to lose weight or am on a special diet?
We can discuss what foods you enjoy, and how certain menus can be modified to achieve your goals. Having a professional relationship with a nutritionist, I can offer you customized menus for you to try.

How are prices determined?
You will receive a custom quote. This will be developed once we meet and will be based on the number of entrées and side dishes selected, service frequency and additional services you may require.
In general, meal packages range from $250 to $350 per service date, plus the cost of groceries.
