Easy Does It Personal Chef Service offers a professional service of meal preparation. A client's individual tastes drive the creation of their customized menu. These personalized meals are prepared, packaged and labeled with reheating instructions. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week, or frozen up to three months.
The service includes complete grocery shopping, customized menu planning, meal preparation, storage in oven/microwavable containers and delivery.

It's a complete service from menu planning to grocery shopping, food preparation and no clean-up! All you have to do is warm your customized entree and enjoy!
Our goal is to make every meal the very best you have ever tasted. In order to accomplish this, we must know your preferences and dietary needs. Customized Menus are prepared to Your Specifications. Each menu lists entrees and side dishes and is presented to you for your approval prior to your scheduled delivery day.
The cost of groceries is included in the charge for the service. The food is packaged and either refrigerated or frozen. You will be left with complete thawing and re-heating instructions.

About the Chef
Hello, my name is Allison Whiting. I started Easy Does It Personal Chef Service in 2006 because I love to cook and share my food with others. I have a degree in Culinary Arts and I also teach Culinary Arts classes for NM Works, training adults for entry level positions in the food service industry. I work out of a commercial kitchen, and am Serve-Safe Certified in safe food handling. I am a native Albuquerquean, and love to cook classic New Mexican dishes. I am also fond of Italian Cuisine and have many favorite pasta dishes. Many of my clients have special dietary needs which presents a problem when they try to purchase "frozen entrees" at the grocery store. Don't worry - remember that each client's meals are prepared to their exact dietary specifications. My food is not mass produced. All meals are prepared with lots of love and attention to detail.
I am also available for in-home cooking classes and interactive dinner parties.

How are prices determined?
Menu plans vary. A typical service for two people would be: 5 entrees, 2 servings of each with side dishes, salad, bread and dessert/breakfast treat for $285.00 plus tax.
For a larger family of four: 5 entrees, 4 servings of each with side dishes, salad, bread and dessert/breakfast treat $335.00 plus tax.
For custom/special occasions call for a price quote.
Gift certificates are available for any special occasion. It's a thoughtful treat for new moms, recovering hospital patients, business thank you, housewarming, wedding, birthdays or anniversary.
