First you fill out a food questionnaire so I know what your likes and dislikes are as well as any allergies or special dietary needs you may have. Having this information, I peruse my expansive cookbook collection and create a menu for you. I am also happy to cook using your recipes. A few days before our cooking day I email the menu for your approval. On the cooking day I shop for all of the groceries, arrive at your home , cook and label all the food for the refrigerator and /or the freezer leaving your kitchen clean.
I use fresh, organic, seasonal and local produce and purchase my meat from Andronico's meat counter. I prepare healthy, delicious meals for everyday dining. My client's preferences have included vegetarian, vegan, South Beach Diet, Weight Watchers and low fat menus.
About the Chef
Raised in San Francisco since being 5 years old, I have been exposed to the great food this city has to offer. After graduating from the Pastry Course at Tante Marie’s Cooking School in 1996, I worked at Ristorante Ecco , Spago in Palo Alto and Al Masri before deciding to start my own personal chef service in 1999. I am a member of the United States Personal Chef Association. References are available upon request.

What is a Personal Chef Service?
I cook meals on one day in your home, which you can eat throughout the week. Menu planning, shopping, cooking and cleaning up are all included.

How are prices determined?
I charge a flat rate for my labor depending on how many meals you need. Groceries are extra.
