About the Chef
I am a Personal Chef and a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy. I am also a member in good standing with the United States Personal Chef Association. I mentor with a Certified Executive Chef and I Sous Chef to broaden and expand my culinary knowledge. On a personal note, I have been influenced by my parents who were in the restaurant business when I was a child and by other family members who have also been in the food industry. I have a B.S. degree in Biology. My hobbies include Martial Arts and being outdoors.

What is the standard service plan?
The standard service plan is for two people and it consists of five entrees (four servings of each) customized to your tastes with some great side dishes. More servings are easily arranged to accommodate larger families and service can be; weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We can also cook for you on a fresh serve basis or a combination of fresh, refrigerated and frozen dishes.
What is the difference and benefits of a Personal Chef versus Catering?
PERSONAL CHEF VS. CATERING: Caterers prepare and store food at a separate facility. Personal Chefs shop fresh and cook in your home. Some of the benefits you enjoy are: the food prepared for you is purchased fresh; the food we prepare for you is stored in your home, where you control cleanliness and the quality of the food storage; and you receive personal service choices not available with bulk processing operations at no additional costs.
What are some of the other benefits of your Personal Chef Service?
You enjoy extra time with your family, cuisine variety, and menus that are planned and tailored to your tastes. QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUES: Rest, Nutrition and Decreased Stress.

Do you offer other services?
Yes, we offer intimate dinner parties, home business dinners, anniversary dinners, romantic dinners for two, birthdays, luncheons, “chef for a night” gift certificates, family dinners and BBQs.
