Planning of customized menus, shopping for groceries,and prepare delicious healthy meals. I will label each item, leave heating instructions, and a clean kitchen.

Serving the New Jersey, and New York area Lucinda's In The Kitchen is owened and operated by Chef Lucinda Courtrier. Lucinda is a graduate of the Art Institute of New York City (formerly the New York Restaurant School) and United States Personal Chef Institute, Lucinda is a Premier Member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA)

What a Personal Chef Service will do for you:
My goal as a Personal Chef is to make each meal the best you have ever tasted. In order to accomplish this, I must know your preferences. When you hire Lucinda's In The Kitchen Personal Chef service, Chef Lucinda will come to your home and conduct an interview and a complete detailed questionnaire, from this information I am able to plan your menus. Menus are presented to you for your approval prior to your scheduled cooking day. Once you have approved your menu, and scheduled a cook day, upon the cook day, I will shop for your groceries, come to your home, and prepare your meals for a week or two, it's your prefrence, I will
package, label, and refrigerate or freeze each item and leave thawing and reheating instructions. I will leave a clean kitchen with customized entrees prepared fresh right in your own home. So relax and be prepared to be pampered. bon Appetit!
