About the Chef
Personal Chef Valerie Estrada has been cooking for family and friends since she was 9 years old. She has a lot in common with famous TV chefs Paula Deen and Rachael Ray and enjoys the "down home" style of cooking, but adds her latin twist to many dishes. She is comfortable in the kitchen preparing dishes from recipe or from scratch and equally enjoys outdoor grilling during California's long summer months.
Chef Valerie is a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and is a premier member of the United States Personal Chef Association.

What is a Personal Chef Service?
It's having your own chef available to you preparing your custom designed menu, shopping for your menu and cooking it in your home. It's not a "meal delivery" service; everything is fresh the day it is prepared in your home.
What if I am trying to lose weight or am on a special diet?
Great! We can custom design a menu for you with calorie counting in mind. Vegetarian? No problem, we have hundreds of menu choices available for you too. Medically restricted diets? We are happy to work with your doctor or nutritionist to plan a proper menu around your needs.

How are prices determined?
Since each menu is custom designed specifically for each client, prices do vary. However, what is included in the price are the groceries, packaging, and your Personal Chef. Prices are comparable to dining out-that is-anywhere from $9-$25 per entree.
