Plats DuChef - Personal Chef Service is a new, innovative food service business offering high quality, moderately priced, customized food menus using only the freshest preservative-free ingredients. Whether you have specific nutritional goals or simply don't have the time, Plats DuChef can stock your kitchen with a week's worth of customized entrees prepared fresh right in your own home. Each delicious, healthy, restaurant-quality meal includes a generously-portioned entree and side dishes, at a price that includes all labor, groceries and food containers.
Plats DuChef offers several services to fit all your culinary needs:
PERSONAL CHEF SERVICE: Let Chef Xavier prepare your dinners for you. The Standard Service is five (5) dinners per week, but there is a service plan for all size order. Weekly, Bi-monthly or Monthly service is available. All service are customized to your specific dietary needs and many dietary concerns can be meet.

CATERED EVENTS: Chef Xavier does in home catering for groups of thirty (30) or less from a baby shower to a romantic dinner for two (2) to a special family dinner. He can work most budget and provide personalized top notched service. Chef Xavier also does Corporate catering.

CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING: Are you an Employeer looking for a new way to have fun with your employees while learning to work as a team? Well look no further... Team Building has gone FOODIE! your employees will break up into three (3) or four (4) smaller groups, when the whistle blow they have to make the dish they are assigned. COOKING CLASSES: Chef Xavier has many cooking class themes available such as cooking with herbs and citrus, sauces & gravies, Italian favorites, cooking with seafood and everyday kitchen skills, etc. Classes are hold in either your home or arrangements can be made to hold the class at an offsite location. About the Chef
Ricardo Xavier is originally from Brazil and has managed to successfully marry his love for cooking to the passion he feels for caring the folks. Chef Xavier is a Personal Chef graduated by the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA), Certified Cook by the American Culinary Federation (ACF), Member of World Association of Cooks Societies (WACS).
Plats DuChef is licensed, fully insured and professionally qualified to provide you with healthy and terrific meals.

What is a Personal Chef Service?
A Personal Chef prepares meals for several clients, then refrigerates and/or freezes the meals for these clients to eat at their convenience.

- Food is prepared in your home, it is convenient. You don't have shop, wait in line at restaurants or battle with traffic or parking.

How does a Personal Chef Service work?
It's simple and easy for you to have a home-cooked meal! First, I’ll come to your home and have you fill out a food questionnaire. You tell me what food you like & dislike and if you're on any specific diet. As your Personal Chef, I will customize each menu to fit you. You approve the menu and we set a cook date. On your cook day, I go to the grocery store and buy the freshest ingredients available. Only the BEST will do! I come to your home with my own cooking utensils and prepare all meals fresh on that day in your kitchen, filling it with the aroma of a delicious food. I pack and label all the food and leave it in your refrigerator/freezer which will be full of healthy, home-cooked meals. I give you a complete menu with heating instructions and clean the kitchen, too!
Plats DuChef provides other services such as Dinner Parties, Cooking Themes Classes, Business Catering, Corporate Team Building and have Gift Certificates available, too.

Plats DuChef provides dinner very affordable dependent the number of meals and servings, and your dietary needs request.
