Red Leaf Catering is a Seattle-based company that offers personal or private chef services and caters to Puget Sound's most discerning clients.     

Quality and freshness are very important so I use only organic ingredients and free range, hormone-free meats. Most of my product comes from various local purveyors in the Pike Place Market and seasonal markets around the city. Since I only use organic ingredients, my menus are written to represent the current season. This ensures ultimate freshness and ultimate flavor.

If you are seeking a catered event, Red Leaf Catering is committed to providing the highest level of cuisine, professional service, and proper management.  I will assist with as much planning and theme creation for your event as needed.  From staging an elegant dinner for ten in your home to large corporate events, I am here to assist!

About the Chef

I am a talented personal chef with 13 years of experience. I have trained with 4 James Beard award-winning chefs and have worked in some of the most reputable restaurants in Seattle.

In 1997, I graduated with a Culinary Arts degree at the Seattle Culinary Academy and am currently a member of the prestigious Private Chefs, Inc. Agency and the United States Personal Chef Association.

Most of my clientele have utilized my skills in preparing a healthier, creative style of cuisine. My specialties include gluten free, vegan/vegetarian, macrobiotic and fat free. Yet, I can truly create whatever your palate desires.

What if I am trying to lose weight or am on a special diet?
That's what I am here for--to make your life easier! Cooking for restricted diets is my specialty. Most of my expertise comes from creating meals that are gluten free, dairy free, vegan/vegetarian, fat free, Zone, or meals created to build the immune system.  
 
What areas do you service?

Red Leaf Catering provides service to the Eastside and greater Seattle area, extending north up to Bothell and the San Juan Islands.   

How are prices determined?
Pricing is determined by what type and style of service you are looking for. Usually it will be a set price, to make it easier for you.
